I watch a lot of police programmes. It seems that a driver who draws attention to him/herself with something silly like a light out usually is disqualified, unlicensed, drug dealing or on the run. They can't seem to help themselves.

When my brother who was a traffic cop knew of recently disqualified he knew they would break the ban and used to wait on their route for coming home from work :-)
Used to catch loads.

He had a call one early hours in build up to Christmas (2am) by Travel Lodge for a group of women causing a disturbance at reception.
He got lots of back chat and arrogance , calmed them down and left.
Before he went he got a list from reception of their Reg numbers.
Next morning handed the list to next crew and they got 5 of them for drink driving morning after …traffic had the last laugh lol
