Unwanted Car Unlocking

Does anyone know if the Faraday pouches, that you can put your car keys in to stop your car being stolen, will stop my car key from accidentally clicking the car doors open when I put my keys in my handbag? Thanks

It will def work if you get a proper pouch and not some cheap imitation.
My friend used to have one and took the pouch with the key inside right up to the car .... and he couldn't get the door to open until he took the key out of the pouch.
Just remember to fully close the flap, otherwise the signal may still be able to "sneak out"
