Dog Insurance
My daughter recently bought a puppy. It came with 2 weeks free insurance from the breeder. The insurance was with KC. During the 2 week period it had to have some eye drops. After the 2 weeks were up she took out new insurance with a new company, PP. The dog now needs an operation on its eye (over £1000), but KC wont cover it as the dog is no longer insured with them and PP wont cover as they say its a pre-existing condition. As the dog was insured with KC when the condition began I feel the KC should be responsible. Any ideas, and always thanks in advance

If it isn't correct then PP should be paying.
If it is correct then the next question is, was the pre-existing condition declared when applying for insurance from PP? If it wasn't declared then your daughter isn't covered. If it was declared then she is.
