Bmw F30 Tyre Reset

Hi, does anyone know what reason the perform reset in the tyre rest function on an f30 might not be available? I have used this function before - So all the basics are in order. Tyre pressure, being stationary to start the reset etc.

I recall the reset being buried somewhere in a sub menu. Are you sure you’ve gone down the right path?

Shame i can't send image the option to reset is in vehicle information - vehicle status - reset. Options perform reset or cancel. Cancel is the only option i am being allowed to click

Or i should say the reset feature is not working

It is stuck on tyres low even though the tyre pressure is correct i topped them up today just to be sure
Are you trying to reset from the sterring wheel controls ?
My reset funtion is on the radio/satnav screen under settings.
Not sure if this helps. But worth a look.

This is how i am resetting it. Through the idrive system. What i am saying and why i am having trouble finding it. Is while it is showing me the perform reset it is highlighted in dark grey so won't let me select it

Hi, yeah it is kind of like that and it reminded me a friend did do some stuff on my car with a carly
something else not necessary that goes wrong, for 60 ive been using a foot pump and gauge, take 5 mins to do the lot

Hi, it was the carly that caused it with mine. I turned off one the functions a friend turned on and was able to reset
