More symptoms to go on would be nice.

 

Or get a local repair shop to look it over.

it  was  working   ok  early  in  the  morning   tried  to  boot  up  this  afternoon    as  i  said  had  no  probs    before   that   plugged new  charger  in  still  no  boot  up  thaks

When you turn it on is there any sign of life? Lights come on, a sound, anything?

held  down  power  key half  a  minute

Try holding it down for longer with the charger unplugged, release and press the on button again
