Has anyone every heard of this? I received an e-mail from my friend who has joined the scheme, I'm not sure of its authenticity though.

I joined some time ago now, if you do not want a 5% to 10% discount on every litre you buy do not join!

It is authentic.

Visit the pipeline website and find out for yourselfe.

I would advise anyone to join, it will only be available until enough people join to activate the FREE discount cards.

I think it's a genuine attempt by the fuel price campainers to try to do something. However I am not sure how much success they are going to have.

Toureman - The site doesn't say which petrol stations are involved in this, are you getting the discount now are you waiting for the numbers? It also doesn't mention how many people need to join but it does say how many have joined so far. Have you any more information on it?

Hi, Dakota

The discounts will only be valid at one major distributor, this has already been negotiated with the distibutor, though we have not been told which one.

Pipeline is still waiting to sign up enough members to activate the discount, the more members the higher the discount, at the present rate of growth the discount cards will be sent out to people who have registered in April or May.

Pipeline is being run by Ben Scammel who is the gentleman who organized the fuel protests a year or two ago.

This scheme is only the same as big companies have to cut their fuel costs.

Also when you sign up you receive email newsletters giving you updates on pipelines progress.

There will be no cost to people who join, the cards will be free!

invitations to receive the cards will stop at some time.

I have absolutly no connection with pipeline, I just want to get my card asp,

Thanks Toureman, I just wanted to check it wasn't a scam to access my personal details or anything - I have joined and will urge my friends to do so too!

It's about time we took a stand against our petrol prices! It costs around 93 per litre up here!!

Just signed up and sent the link to my son and daughter.
Thanks, Dakota.
