Ok they let him off when he got to 12 but it looks like he's been let off several times since then and now has 31, Can't the magistrates tell when someone is taking the p155? Your views please, thanks!

It's interesting that the individual advised that he didn;t expect to win his appeal, and it;s hard to see why he did. The man is a serial speeder, and his 'emotional problems' cannot be seen as a valid reason to let him continue driving. I would hate to be the judge if that man kills someone in the next feew months - he will have some tall quesations to answer.
Apparently he or his lawyer manged to convince the judge that losing his licence would cause enormous hardship to his family......well if that's true you would have thought that he would have been a bit more responsible while on the road!!

if that ain't luck I don't know what is I guess if he was a hgv driver he would not stand a chance of any sympathy from anyone.

as a hgv/psv driving licence holder myself I think it a disgrace that he is allowed to keep his licence with that amount of points when any other driver would be banned irrespective of emotional problems

we all have problems of some kind but that does not mean we all break the law

I read the report.

It is ludicrous that he has not been jailed never mind being let off!

Two motorcyclists got 1 months jail each for speeding! They were doing around 140-150MPH and I do not condone that but the stupid salesman should have got more!

I expected to see that sniveling piece of s**t Nick Freeman in this report. Perhaps Mr Freeman should send this jammy sod his card - cos he WILL get caught again and hopefully there will be no 'administrative' error next time and this idiot gets sent down. Dont give a monkey's about his 'hardship'. Get a job that means he doesnt have to drive- anyway he's 60 - shouldnt his kids be grown up now anyway?
garybaldy:charlie chaplin was a dad again at 73 I wonder how much other pensioners became dads again
thats not on at all is it! bet if he was in his twenty's he's of had his license taken away yonks ago!!
