the key is just for the ignitiion im guessin? any ford key will lock any ford but wont open it so if uve locked it u may need to get a new door lock or if u can get a long screwdriver os pry bar to pry open the top of the door and try and use a metal coat hanger (opened out) to try and flick ur door handle

as far as I know you omly can get the keys from ford dealers only after you supply the chassis number at cost of 30 it may help if the red key is there as it is the master key and the one they take the copy from.

but if as you say the key only works the ignition then someone has changed the locks already either on the doors or ignition which is a problem

if you goto a reputable car breaker they be able to help

Take the barrel out of the lock. When the key goes into the barrel it moves the tumblers in such a way that the barrel is able to turn - you can file the protrusions which are causing the problem and then your key will work ok. You can get a door key cut for 5.00 but it won't start the car as there is no transponder in it.
