The easiest way to find out is to buy a Haynes manual for you car!

It can be quite complicated taking your dash out just for fitting different bulbs.

Rather than changing the bulbs you can tint them with nail varnish. Available in thousands of colours and cheap. If you dont like the colour scratch it off and start again
Why dont you change them for LED's? Theres a great website, www.ultraleds.com, give em a try they do allsorts, I've converted 2 cars to LED's, looks the biz! Modern dashboards can be pigs, just look for blanking plugs and bits of trim that clip in, screws can sometimes even be hidded behind switches and so on, The trusty haynes manual might tell you, but they can be vague, see if you can download a factory manual for the car, I got one for my Carisma!
