Sounds like horrendous back pressure caused by worn bores/rings. Is it a second-hand engine ?
Question Author
yes but thats the only problem it runs ok other than excessive fuel usage but i think the injectors are at fault and i left the one on from the replacement engine.
Make sure all the crankcase ventilation pipes are clear and fitted properly. Always replace O rings.
