Ford Fiesta 1.8 Heating

Hi does anyone know what would cause my blow heater to stop working properly the dial goes from 1- 4 it works on number 4 but none of the others. I thought it was a fuse that had blown but someone said it wouldn't work at all. Any help would be appreciated.

it sounds like it could be your resistor pack. you will find it at the back of the heater controls normaly.

Could also be the switch contacts worn or bent.
