Hi, Motorsport question..?

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to go racing on a pretty tight budget, �130 a week. I live in Newcastle, UK, and am looking for anyone who may know details of any local/ish racetrack that hosts a race for road cars/bangers?

Also where could i pick up a cheap trailer?

The cheapest form of motor sport is probably autocross. You get to race all different types of cars on tracks marked out in fields. My dad does the timekeeping for the NE area championship. It's just coming up to the beginning of the season at the moment. There are usually events every 2 or 3 weeks til about October. Most of the events are held just a few miles North of Morpeth.
