acquiring a log book?
I have purchased a 1959 GS150 vespa scooter that has an age related number plate , but came with no documents.
I have contacted the veteran cespa club but they will not approve the date of the scooter due to a problem with the frame number (they said I would have to Q plate it)
How do I find out if the number plate is actually registered to the scooter?
How do I acquire a new log book?
Thanks
