Elec probs 1800 deisel fiesta

Hi Can anyone help, I have an 1800cc deisel fiesta on an M plate, a few months back it had a problem starting, very much like a flat battery. I have not used it for months so I put the battery on charge, the charger said the battery was fully charged, so I put it back on the car, but nothing, not even an ignition light. I know deisels take alot of power from the battery to start but does this sound like a dead battery as I seem to suspect ? Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi..sound like you might be right. If you want to check you can always take your battery to be tested. Try jump starting your car first..to make sure theres no electrical problems with the car, if it starts from someone elses battery then your battery has had it.
