Can anyone help - trying to restart the above after changing fuel filter - no success so far - battery getting low - any ideas?

open bleeder nipple pump primer until all air bubbles are gone and diesel flowing freely then close bleeder nipple tightly

ensure fuel filter is secure before doing the above

if battery is completey flat connect the battery to another battery and then retry starting engine
