Dashboard lights

hi

ive got a saxo vtr and wen i turn my lights on only one of my dashboard lights come on until i hit the dashboard then they bot illuminate is there an easy way i can access the connection

I imagine this should be similar to a Peugeot 106. In which case remove the heater controls (all 3 should pull out) and there should be some screws. Undo them and pull the panel out. There should be around 3 more screws behind them and so undo them and the whole thing should come out. If it doesn't then it's clipped in at the sides which should be easy to pry away with a screwdriver.

After this look at the light in question and see if there is a loose connection. All this should be explained in a Haynes Manual if you have one (if you don't then I recommend you get one)
