I have a R reg 3 door 60sx punto and it runs brilliantly but the bodywork has several dents and scrapes in it. How much is reasonable to pay to have it cleaned up? I'm always apprehensive about taking it to the garage as have had my fingers burnt before and charged unecessarily for simple and cheap jobs.
Thanks

But if your determined find two or three independant bodywork specialists (not main dealers) and get quotes. Tell them you're getting competetive quotes. You'll get a realistic price but remember it costs the same for a bodywork repair to a 10 year old car as it does to a new one
I had a couple of dents smoothed out by a company called Chips Away at the weekend. It cost me 270 all in, but that was still cheaper than taking it into a garage, and I have to say they did a terrific job, the car looks like new.
Unfortunately, dent and scratch removal is an expensive business. You need to weigh it up against factors such as resale value. If you feel that getting rid of the dents is going to pay for itself when you sell it, then go ahead, but if not, it's probably not worth it. Best of luck!
