if its a turbo than seals on turbo have probably worn, or could be stem seals but i'd be willing to bet on turbo

thansk for the tips

mine is 51 model and looking to sell.

if it turbo seals/stem seals how much am i looking at ?

stem seals only cost a few quid to buy but most of the engine needs stripping to fit em, i wouldnt bother cos it wont be cheap and it wont cause any problems, not sure how many hours to remove the turbo for an l200 but you can re-condition your own one for about 150-200 once its off, buying one would prob be more expensive
