Hillingdon council have put a notice up stating they are going to paint double yellow lines outside our house, it is a very quiet road and feel it is just to make money rather than for safety, we live 300m away from the rear entrance of a school and feel a single yellow line would be better for residence with certain times of day when not allowed to park there ie when the school starts and ends. Any tips on how to appeal?
