I think I may have a small leak in my AC system, it takes R-12 and I wondered if i could use R-34 sealent with the R-12. Would it work?

Don't mess with your aircon system take it to the experts.
Most manufacturers dont use R12 anymore they use R134A, as toureman says gotto the experts you need to find out whats leaking or if its another fault they will probably recommend a conversion from R12 to R134A, its usualy the receiver drier & the service ports that get changed they also add something to the refrierant to make your compressor compatible with R134A .

Yeah while my dad is a certified AC technician so he kind of is an expert he just didnt know if you could use R34A sealer in an R12 System.
