Having parked in a disabled parking lot, I displayed my badge and time card as instructed.
I received a ticket for not displaying the expiry date on my badge.
As it was a very windy day. I only presume the badge moved when shutting my door.
Can I object to this 30 fine?

currently parking fines are under review by the goverment as 1 in 5 tickets are disputed and have been squashed. it would be worthwhile disputing your fine. www.carfurn.co.uk
Same thing happened to me, well what really happened was I forgot to put my badge on display, I disputed the ticket saying it must have dropped of the dash and I enclosed a photo copy of my badge. The ticket was cancelled!
