I had this problem. There is a rubber drain pipe for the air con near your clutch pedal --in the centre of the car behind the heater. It goes down through the car floor to drain unerneath outside. This pipe gets blocked regularly as it has a bend in it .pull the pipe out of the floor ,blow up it (maybe using an extension pipe) or push a piece of soft wire up it --you'll see the water come out. Then push back into floor. Good luck.
