Having problems with it. Its stuttering severley everytime I hit arounf 2000 revs. Also sometimes when i brake the revs start to move up and its randoml stalls every now and again. Any diagnosis out there.

Could be a number of things, but because it's a 99 and so a few years old now, i'd say the first thing to check would be the catalytic converter...symptoms seem to fit. Could also be a fuelling problem, or the airflow meter. Need to get it to somewhere with diagnostics software.
