Advanced Driving Test

My pal wants me go through the Advanced Driving Test with her we don't know anything about it and the next session in our area happens in October so we thought if we can find out as much as we can before hand we could perhaps not shame ourselves tooooo much at the time, we both hold clean driving liences and 2yrs ago I passed my motorbike test, can anyone help?
