Fancy a spell inside ?
Taken from today's Daily Mirror.

Most of them will only serve short sentences and will still be young when they're released. Why shouldn't they take the opportunity to better themselves so that they have the chance to be part of a normal society?
I think in this age group, the emphasis has to be on rehabilitation and reintergration. It is only right that an offender (particularly if he is very young) has the opportunity to recover from their misdemeanours. Other kids that age are doing their exams...
being found guilty of stealing at age 15 is (in my opinion) is a far cry from being found guilty at at 45 when you are (also in my opinion) big enough and ugly enough to know better.
not sure what the question was, so am unsure if I have answered it. Sorry if I haven't

I think it's pathetic, I, unfortunately, knew a lad who was like this, he loved being inside as he said 'if you keep your head down, it's not a bad ride!!'

WM - "Also I am the only one who finds the term "Jobless Binman" amusing. You are either a binman or not, or jobless or not. Bloody filth."
I find that amusing too!!

How about this I read this morning !
An inmate at an Oxfordshire jail is suing the Prison Service after he cut himself falling from the top bunk in his cell.
(it gets better) - Earlier this year it emerged that compensation payments to prisoners doubled from 2.19m in 2004-05 to 4m in 2005-06
MAYBE CRIME DOES PAY !

an architect who hasn't got any current commissions is still an architect. Why should it be different for a binman? If two people apply for a binman's job and are asked about their qualifications, and one says 'I've been a binman before' and the other says 'I'm an architect', which one will get the job? If you think (as I do) that it'll be the first one, then it suggests that binperson companies recognise the skills even if architects don't.
He is not a jobless binman, he is a lowlife piece of dog***t. Him and all his brethren should be hammered as soon as they are taken into custody and it shouldn't stop until they are released. Upon release they should be banned from tucking their tracksuit bottoms into their socks and neutered so they are unable to perpetuate the cycle of scum they originate from.
