something has fallen down the steering wheel!!

hi

the little clip that is for removing fuses in the car has fallen down inside the steering column - i didn't realise there was a gap just in front of the dash display - could this get wedged in anywhere and affect the steering or electrics or something, should i take the plastic front off and retrieve it, or can i leave it?

is there anything that this could affect?

It won't do any harm. If you can't be bothered to take the cowling off just leave it.
