rear ltail lights not working

i have a seat ibiza 2001 3 door model, my rear n/s tail light isnt working, i have changed the bulb, fuse and bulb holder, still isnt working. all other lights work fine, can anyone give any ideas on what could be wrong thanks

Just the tail light, or all of them on that side?
Possibly bad earth, or more than likely wire running from O/S over to N/s been cut somehow? Poss dirty connection in bulbhollder. Get a cheapo tester, and check for volts actually getting to fitting.

First check if any of the other lights that side are working, to confirm that the earthing is ok.
Second, check that the so called new bulb is in fact ok.
If that is alright, then it sounds like a wiring fault.
Then buy yourself a cheap tester. All the best.
