can anyone tell me which side of the road you should be on if you are in car out of control rolling down a hill with no brakes in reverse? (and also if reverse lights are required?).

Hello Bazmoore,

You should be on the side of the road with no vehicles or pedestrians on it.

You do not require reversing lights. Yelling out of the window " HELP! " will suffice.
