About how many rallying spectators get killed every year, by getting run over or hit by something?.. I ask this because some of them people stand in some stupid places and i have often wondered how many get killed.

some people have no regard for their safety, despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can and do happen, and in repect of these, spectators are present at their own risk.
