Getting to Hyde Park this Saturday

I'm going to the "Proms in the Park" on Saturday and I'm travelling from West Surrey (near Guildford).

Would I be best getting the train and tube or driving?

the roads round Hyde Park are generally very congested after this sort of event. If I were you I'd park near some train station or outlying tube station and do the rest of it by rail.

By the sounds of it, I'd be best doing the train and tube.

I don't even know where HP is, so can anyone please tell me which is the nearest tube stop?
