an angel of mercy has offered to sit in with me when i am driving, (a legal requirement for a learner) but what are the rules regarding this? - she is over 25 and has been driving 2 years - is this ok and does she need to be insured for y car too or is it enough that i am

If you want to practise your driving with an accompanying driver, the accompanying driver must be over the age of 21 and must have held (and still hold) a full licence for three years.
