i have had some issues with scotsure i wonder if u could hlep me.

my partner took the car in to the offfical citreon garage. and thay spoke to scotsure. the first thing we were told id the warrant was out of date. whitch its not.

when i got in that night i was to l8 to phone them so i called first thing this morning and was told i was not on there system.

so i got all the paper work back and found a policy number, then thay said the scotsure rep would not be in till 5 and would phone back.

i never recived the call so i phoned them and was told that becasu someone elce clamed the car was theres ( never hapend as only me and citroen have spoken to them) thay will not pay out till i pay for the repair first and send the recipt with proof its my car.

i have proof my v5 of cource but as for paying the money up frount i cant.
a i dont have it and b is that not what i got the warranty for!

all this just to get the radatior fixed. i have talked to them till im blue in the face what can i do now.

Simply get a Form 11b from the Post-office. Complete the tear off slip and post this to Scotsure along with a copy of the warrant and 4 passport photographs. You should receive payment within 48 hours.
Yes, although that's not quite all, you also need to get the photograph reverse signed by your bank manager, and employer.

well the post offace said thers no such thing as a 11b :( i tryed 2 of them. i dont know if its known under a diffrent name?
