Changing the LED's on the dash

I have a Rover Coupe and would really like to change the lighting behind the speedo and centre console. I understand that this may be different on every vehicle but does anyone have a rough idea of how difficult this will be and how to go about doing it. Thanks

Should be fairly stright forward for the speedo. There will be a trim around the clocks held in with a couple of screws take these out and then should see screws holdign the pod in place. Take these out then pull out the head unit. Not sure if the speedo is cable or electric so u will either have to disconnect the cable or unplug any connections. U should see the bulbs plugged into the back of the head unit.
