Fiat Grande Punto? Problems?

Has any one else brought the new fiat grande punto and had problems with it?

Got mine at the end of July...two weeks after it went in to have a new door catch fitted as i could not open one of my doors (fiat says they had noticed this on a few of the cars), now my other doors are not opening as somoothly...#

also fiat are recalling some of the cars due to a missing safety plate and i have been told my car is one of the ones that need to be recalled and fixed...

also now my drivers window is having problems opening or rather hardly opening at all...

since i got the car nobody has called to ask how i am getting on with it or anything and i have not had any kind of apology or explanation as to why so much is going wrong with it....

Demand they fix it to a new standard and if they don't, quote the sale of goods act 1979 you are rejecting the car and want a new like for like replacement or a full refund ..... its your rights mate they cany argue it's the LAW
