service light resetting

Hi there I have a 2000 Mk4 astra 1.7dti and my wife has a 1999 zafira 1.8 16Valve. Does anybody know how i can reset the service lights on these.

option A, both the same. press and hold right hand button on speedo head. turn on ignition. keep button pressed until - - - - appears, release button. turn off ignition . option B, get a service.
