GPS pocketPC or WM5 distance measurer program
2 Answers
Hey,
I recently bought a GPS receiver for my PDA. Have had various amounts of fun with TomTom and tools like VisualGPSce but there is one thing I've been looking for and can't find. I would like to be able to use my PDA [running windows mobile 5] and GPS as a distance measuring device - measuring the distance I have walked. A GPS pedometer, if you will, where I can hit a "start" button, walk for a bit, have it show me the distance i've travelled [actual ground distance, not a straight line between start and finish] and allowing me to click a "stop" button at some point to stop recording.
Wouldn't have thought it was a lot to ask but haven't had any success finding one!
Cheers Adam
