Snapped clutch cable

My clutch cable has just snapped on my Vauxhall Astra. Has anyone used 'Mr Clutch' before and if so, do they come and pick your car up from your house?

My local 'Mr Clutch' was featured in the Daily Mirror last year. In an expos�, they had a car inspected by an expert and then sent it into garages for an MOT.

This particular branch was the garage that ripped the reporter off the most.

I can't speak for all 'Mr Clutch' franchises and perhaps my local one has since changed hands, but thought I'd mention it.

probably Mr Git would be another name?, do they have trained staff, or monkeys? All those type of establishment are , IMHO, to be avoided.
go to an independant garage and get a quote, one that has been recommedned by a friend.
In fact the main Vaukhall dealer probably has a fast fit.
push it on the road and get the AA whatever to tow you
