no reception on my radio.

i have got a 94/kreg toyota celica 2.0 and up till now had a perfect reception on my radio but all of a sudden i cant get any why? my husband recently put a new cd player in and all was well for about 3 months but now nothing has anyone got any ideas

try the ariel lead, its probably fell out of the back of the stereo

cheers curlyfilm but my husband has checked already it is connected.

check it with a different ariel, get a cheap one, from a breakers maybe, sounds like a break in the ariel connection, does the stereo tune in but no sound or just search, if its tuning in there may be a mute button for the radio thats on
