the problem with the siezure well if its due to lack of water it may be ok if you can get someone too look at it but if its not water but oil siezure then big problems there as it will need a new engine
one thing you will need to think about is is it worth your while putting in a new engine
is the bodywork and the rest of the car in decent enough state or is it full of holes in the bodywork because it if is not worth repairing it might be best to scrap it
but thats for you to decide
also is the car parked on the private property with no roadtax if so you will need to inform the DVLA and fill in a sworn declaration form
