pleese need help can anyone tell me what to do i hapunto 51 plate when i drive or switch wipers on or headlights i hear a noise like a fuse shorting near the clocks in dash had a mechanic do diognostic check says relay took it out an does same need help soon pleeeeees

You do need help very soon before your car catches fire!

The sound you describe could be some part of your car electrics shorting out, could be a relay or wiring, there are plenty of relays in a car, go to a decent auto electrician now.
