The point system you refer to is individual to every company - eg Orange may have a score total of 1000 and take off 100 points for each CCJ which is unsatisfied between 200-500, where as 02 may have a scoring system that has a total score of 600 and takes 300 off for a CCJ.
Essentially, every company will treat you differently and give you a different score - as shazzzz says though - it is very much more difficult to get credit when you have an outstanding CCJ on your file.
Incidentally, CCJs will stay on your file for 6 years - the only way to get them off is to pay them off within 30 days of receiving one. If you pay it after the 30 days, the CCJ will be marked as 'satisfied'
