Daihatsu Sirion
Any opinions out there about this car? I am looking for a new car and thinking of maybe this or the VW Fox. Not done a test drive for either yet... not even seen the sirion in the flesh.
Any thoughts or opinions would be much appreciated, even thoughts on the manufacturers themselves...
Cheers in advance!

Quick Summary
Average. The new Sirion is refreshingly different, with a roomy interior and eye-catching looks. Cheap prices will help boost appeal but poor quality materials are a letdown.
Full Road Test
Daihatsus latest Sirion arrives just in the nick of time, with the Peugeot 1007, Citroen C1 and Toyota Aygo all making an assault on the burgeoning city car market. However, unlike the previous model, this new Sirion has individual styling and enough chic to make it stand out from the crowd. Choose from either 1.0 three-cylinder, or 1.3-litre four cylinder petrol engines - both are super-frugal but still make this little car buzz along on city streets. If you are planning regular longer journeys then look elsewhere. The Sirions secret weapon is price - its likely to be cheaper than all the mainstream competition and comes with a strong warranty package too. Inside, the Daihatsu is less impressive. Compared to a Kia Picanto, some of the trim is flimsy and poor quality. Running costs are extremely low, with cheap car tax, insurance and servicing bills.
