Driving bann... Please help.
My husband was ban from driving until test passed. He has to sit the extended test. He has done o twice and failed. He has another one coming up shortly but his instructor mentioned that he could go to another E.U country and sit the test there. And he wouldnt need to do an extended test..... Does anyone know if this is legal??? and how you go about it ??
