is there any website where you can download the haynes car manual for a little fee or for free. thank you.

Haynes don't offer the facility on their own website. No other website will do so because it would be illegal.
Public libraries often have a large selection of Haynes manuals which can be borrowed free of charge.
If you can't find the relevant manual at your local library, it might be worth ringing round your local secondhand book shops (including the ones which are run by charities, such as Oxfam). They often have quite a few in stock.
Lastly, of course, there's always eBay.
