14 Days to notify?
I have just recieved a penalty charge notice that is dated 18 days from the offence.
Its from the London Borough of Newham for contravening vehicle / time restrictions of a pedestrian zone.
It was captured on CCTV and so i have only just been notified in writing by them.
My questions is does this fit in with the 14 day rule to notify?
