g24 parking
I'd love to hear from anyone else who has suffered at the hands of G24 parking especially in the South East. They have recently taken charge of a service road near where I live .They are catching people out on a piece of land which isn't properly signed as being private land or under their control. A pensioner who pulled off the road because of a flat tyre was fined 95 Assistance would have been a kinder option for the poor lady, instead of having her car photograped and intimidated with the threat of debt collectors. Another poor soul who was having an asthma attack also fell foul. I too, was sent a photograph of my car through the post for pulling into the unmarked spot for 90 seconds. What rights do these people actually have if you contest their authority and the grounds upon which the ticket was issued.?

A local councillor is on the case now and it seems as though they might have been issuing tickets on land which actually has a public right of way. If this is true, they have obtained my details from the DVLA under false pretences. Unfortunately, the land owner seems to be unsympathetic and is hiding behind the fact that G24 are in "charge of a years contract to control the area"
I've been done for parking outside Staples Ltd, High Wycombe. I outstayed my welcome by 12 minutes. I've been shopping at Staples for years. Now neither I nor anyone else from my small company will ever shop there again. I'm going to let Staples know this. It isn't the way to run business. Everyone else who suffers like this should do the same.
