Traders Licence

My partner buy's and sells cars as well as working at his current job. As he is managing more cars how would he go about getting a traders licence so that he could drive any vehicle and be insured for them?? thank you

tell the insurance place he is a part time car vallater he will be insured for any vehicle

just tell them he is car trader and he sells from home they will insure him
