i have an ms90 and 3 points on my licence i am finding it very difficult to obatain insurance i have tried admiral and bell and many others and have been knocked back by everyone all because i moved 4 months prior to this apparent conviction which should have been an sp 30 did not even know it had gone to court untill the correspondace was fowarded to me at my new address why are the insurance companys treating this as if the ms 90 was a ban code anyone know

You have asked this question at least four times. Perhaps you should have been as careful in informing the DVLA and your insurance company of your new address.

You could also be fined (up to �1000 I think) if your driving licence does not have your correct address on it.
