to answer your question, you will receive 3 pts and a heavy fine,as it has to be dealt with at a magistrates court,as you have 9 pts, this extra 3 pts will take you to 12 pts, which is a ban,but you can argue your case as to not being banned, but i doubt you will suceed as 90 in a 60 is a lot,so you will be banned for 6 months.as for the other answers,i agree with them all.the time limit i believe,is a year by the way.
Section 127 of The Magistrates Courts Act 1980 states that a summons must be issued within 6 months.
Even if you'd got no points on your licence, your speeding offence would be a 'borderline disqualification' case. Magistrates' guidelines suggest that 90mph in a 60mph zone would normally attract around 5 penalty points but no disqualification. However, 91mph in a 60mph zone has a recommended penalty of 6 points plus disqualification:

So the total number of points on your licence will probably be around 14; a ban seems inevitable.
My guess would be a 300 fine, plus 5 points, resulting in a ban of around 3 months.
