I have a friend who's heater/ blower in her 1999 1.2L Ford Ka has stopped working all together. I have checked the fuse but all is fine. Where do I go next?

Does anyone know where the blower is situated?

check the relays,it could be that,or maybe a wire has come loose on the blower,it should be under the dash in the middle.at the bottom.
